Terano Construct, a local company with a turnover of 7 million euros, which operates in the construction industry, wants to employ thirty people during this year, based on contracted projects. Thus, the company would grow from 70 to 100 employees by the end of 2024.

“We intend to increase the number of people working at the headquarters, in the authorization area, administratively, but we will also supplement the number of workers, bringing them from India, because in Romania the situation has remained equally problematic in terms of the domestic labor force, and the forecasts are grim. There is another wave of mistrust and we observe an increase in the interest of Romanian workers for working outside the borders”, says Marian Ciupitu, the owner of the company.
