8.2 You have the right to request that any personal data belonging to you that is inaccurate be corrected free of charge. If a request for correction is submitted, such request shall be accompanied by proof of the erroneous nature of the data for which the correction is requested.

8.3 You have the right to withdraw the consent previously given for the processing of your personal data.

8.4 You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data if they are no longer necessary in light of the purposes described in Article 3 or if you withdraw your consent to their processing. The request must also be dated and signed and must be accompanied by a digitally scanned copy of your valid identity card proving your identity. If you use the contact form, Terano Construct SRL may ask you for a signed confirmation and proof of identity.

Terano Construct SRL will promptly inform you that we have received such request. If the request proves to be justified, Terano Construct SRL will honor it as soon as possible, but no later than within thirty (30) days from receipt of the request.
