Since the establishment of the company, the Terano team has been managing projects in the field of construction, which, over the years, have seen varying degrees of difficulty, and the team has always had the ability to manage and coordinate them from concept and planning to delivery. As a general contractor, we are responsbile for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of a project, from construction works, procurement of materials, management of human resources and contracts, to quality assurance and compliance with the applicable regulations.

Over the years, the Terano team has greatly refined its operational procedures, to the point where it facilitates effective communication and collaboration between all project participants, whether they are architects, designers, engineers, or subcontractors. In practice, this is very valuable and ensures that the project runs smoothly. For a client working with the Terano team, a major advantage is that we develop and implement detailed project plans, which include: time period, budget, necessary resources and specific objectives. In other words, we are ready to adapt to any changes or challenges that may arise.

As a general contractor, we monitor and control the quality of the works and ensure that the standards and specifications set out in the project are met.

From a financial point of view, we estimate costs and have the ability to manage the overall budget of the project.  We undertake responsibility for the bidding process and the negotiation of contracts with subcontractors, as well as the supervision of payments.

As a GENERAL CONTRACTOR, risks and safety on site also fall within our responsibility, because we have the ability and experience to identify and assess potential risks and implement safety and security measures to ensure that the safety standards are met in the best interest of the client.

When it comes to the relationship with the client, communication is a very important aspect for the Terano team, so we always choose to be transparent with the employers in all aspects of the project. For a better understanding of the project, we provide regular reports on the status of the project, on the costs, and on any occurring problems or changes.

We coordinate the project up to its delivery to the Employer and, on request, we provide post-construction services, such as owner training for the use and maintenance of the building.
