TERANO CONSTRUCT, a Romanian construction company, ended 2023 with a turnover of 7 million euros, up 30% compared to the previous year.

“For the year 2024, we want to make a change in the organizational chart of the company so that we can keep the trend of its consolidation and development from the last years. In this sense, we intend to increase the number of people working at the headquarters, in the area of authorizations, administratively, but we will also supplement the number of workers, bringing them from India, because in Romania the situation has remained equally problematic in terms of the workforce domestic work, and the forecasts are gloomy because there is again a wave of mistrust and we observe an increase in the interest of Romanian workers for working outside the borders,” declares Marian Ciupitu
