Terano Construct, a Romanian construction company, ended 2023 with a turnover of 7 million euros, up 30% compared to the previous year, according to a statement sent to the editors.

“Although the year 2023 was not noted for the construction of numerous retail, mall-type projects, this field was surprisingly the segment from which our company received the most works in the previous year, registering a weight of 65% of the total turnover. The area of office constructions and renovations representing, in the year that just ended, only 19% of this, a fact that shows that there has been a change in the market, and office constructions went with the handbrake applied. The signals since the beginning of the year, it shows us that things are not evolving spectacularly in the office segment, but retail will certainly continue the upward trend from 2023. Although no new malls have been announced, retail brands are constantly opening stores, reinventing themselves and they refurbish their spaces so that they create permanent projects, especially for a company like ours specialized in this field,” says Marian Ciupitu, General Director of Terano Construct.
