The area of office constructions and renovations representing, in the year just ended, only 19% of this, a fact that shows that there has been a change in the market, and office constructions have gone with the handbrake applied. The signals from the beginning of the year show us that things are not evolving spectacularly in the office segment, but retail will certainly continue the upward trend from 2023.
