The processing of personal data on the basis of consent is an additional purpose of the processing of personal data for the performance of the contract to which you are a party and is not a prerequisite for the provision\/performance of contractual services.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>Categories of recipients to whom the collected personal data may be disclosed<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>In order to achieve the above mentioned purposes, we use the following categories of product and service providers\/agents:<\/p>\n<p>\u00d8\u00a0\u00a0suppliers directly\/indirectly involved in the supply of automotive products and services (suppliers importing vehicles, roadside assistance service providers, extended warranty service providers, call centre service providers);<\/p>\n<p>\u00d8\u00a0\u00a0state authorities (including tax authorities);<\/p>\n<p>\u00d8\u00a0\u00a0accountants, auditors, legal experts, lawyers or other such external advisors to the Company or to third parties providing products and services to the Company (security service providers, IT system providers, financial consultants)<\/p>\n<p>\u00d8\u00a0\u00a0suppliers of the Company directly\/indirectly involved in the marketing and advertising process.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong>Retention period<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Your personal data will be kept by the Company for a period not exceeding the period necessary to achieve the purposes described above and\/or for any other period required by virtue of the legal obligations applicable to the Company.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong>Your rights<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The Regulation grants a series of rights to the persons whose personal data is processed. This way, in addition to the existing rights, there is also the right to data portability and the right to data erasure. In short, you have the following rights:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Right to withdraw <\/strong>at any time a consent given in order to stop a data processing based on your consent. The withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to withdrawal, for the performance of a contract, for the fulfilment a legal obligation or for pursuing our legitimate interests.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Right of access<\/strong> &#8211; this means that you have the right to obtain a confirmation from us on whether or not we are processing personal data about you and, if we do so, you have access to such data and information on to how that data is processed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Right to data portability<\/strong> &#8211; this refers to the right to receive personal data in a structured, and machine-readable format currently used by us, but also the right to have such data transferred directly to another controller if this is technically feasible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Right to object &#8211;<\/strong> this is your right to object to the processing of personal data when the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the legitimate interest of the controller. Where the processing of personal data is for the purposes of direct marketing or when it is carried out on the basis of express consent, you have the right to object to the processing at any time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Right to rectification<\/strong> &#8211; this refers to the correction, without unreasonable delays, of inaccurate personal data.
